Answers are one of only a few companies with an in-house fingerprint facility. With portable crime scene equipment Ric Fowles, our in-house specialist who heads the service, will visit your premises and treat impressions from items or take prints from individuals. We use both digital technology and traditional ink to provide two types of record which are valid for identification purposes or for investigation of fraud / theft.

There are several reasons why you may require fingerprints to be taken, one of the most common being for visa applications for foreign countries. Comparison to prints lifted from objects can also, in relevant circumstances, demonstrate who is telling the truth in an issue. If you have received malicious mail or perhaps somebody has received mail slandering either yourself or your company it is likely that we are able to retrieve fingerprints from the document and compare them to those from suspected mailers. .

Do you believe that one or more of your employees have been accessing sensitive information or documents that they are not authorised to view? Perhaps an internal party has attempted to force entry into a restricted area (safe, private office, desk drawers etc). It is often the case that involving the police in these issues can be severely detrimental to staff morale and trust, or perhaps the police do not have enough information to launch an investigation. We discreetly conduct this investigation on your behalf, out of office hours if required. |
